Entry Requirements
Unless otherwise agreed students attending our courses are required to be 16 years and over.
Our courses are run on the basis of a minimum number of enrolments to make them viable. Before a course starts we therefore rely on payment of course fees to confirm a student’s place on a course, to be sure of student numbers and to confirm the course is going ahead to all of the students on the course.
All fees must be paid in full at least one week prior to the start of the term. Receipts are available upon request.
Places on the course are only guaranteed once payment has been received.
Our classes aim for a minimum of 6 students and a maximum of 14 in person and 10 online. If only 5 students are enrolled, the course will run for nine weeks at the same price, and the syllabus will be fully covered, as the teacher will have more time to dedicate to each student.
No written confirmation of enrollment will be sent.
A concession of £20 is available for senior citizens (aged 65 and over) upon presentation of valid documentation (WORKSHOPS EXCLUDED). Please refer to the specific course listing for detailed fees.
Payment of course fees
Before enrolling, we advise you to consider your personal commitments and circumstances (such as family, employment, and health). Please note that fees are non-refundable under any circumstances unless the course is canceled. We do not provide partial refunds for classes not attended, nor can we accommodate postponements or reschedule absences.
To cancel your enrollment, a written notice must be received at least two weeks before the start of the term.
In the unlikely event of a cancellation, we will notify you promptly.
Cancellations & Refunds
Public Holidays
If any day on which a lesson is due to take place falls on a public holiday, unless otherwise agreed, no lesson will take place on that day and the lesson will be rescheduled all in agreement.
Examination & Teachers
Please note that there are no examinations at the end of the Italian courses; however, students may request a certificate of attendance.
We aim to guarantee that the same teacher will teach subsequent courses.
Variations to these Terms and Conditions
Variations to the above T&C may be made in the future.
