Enrolment Conditions
Please read the following terms and conditions carefully.
All fees must be paid in full at least one week prior to the start of the term. Receipts are available upon request.
Before enrolling, we advise you to consider your personal commitments and circumstances (such as family, employment, and health). Please note that fees are non-refundable under any circumstances unless the course is canceled. We do not provide partial refunds for classes not attended, nor can we accommodate postponements or reschedule absences.
To cancel your enrollment, a written notice must be received at least two weeks before the start of the term. Our classes aim for a minimum of 6 students and a maximum of 14 in person and 10 online. If only 5 students are enrolled, the course will run for nine weeks at the same price, and the syllabus will be fully covered, as the teacher will have more time to dedicate to each student.
No written confirmation of enrollment will be sent. In the unlikely event of a cancellation, we will notify you promptly.
A concession of £20 is available for senior citizens (aged 65 and over) upon presentation of valid documentation (WORKSHOPS EXCLUDED). Please refer to the specific course listing for detailed fees.
Please note that there are no examinations at the end of the Italian courses; however, students may request a certificate of attendance.
We cannot guarantee that the same teacher will teach subsequent courses.
